We Know Training Inc. is a twenty-year-old company headquartered in Edmonton Centre, built from operating businesses whose teams bring more than 40 years of combined experience in training and certification infrastructure for regulated industries across Canada. Three point two million learners trained. Four million certifications issued. The platform has been profitable and in production for decades, and what we are building next belongs in front of the federal cabinet. This briefing is prepared so you can see it first.
Canada has committed the money: six billion dollars toward as many as one hundred thousand new Red Seal workers by 2030–31. Canada has committed to the principle: one economy, one labour market, credentials that work across provincial lines. And Canada is living through the emergencies that test both commitments every season. What the country has not had is the instrument layer underneath: a way to see, per worker, who is ready and what is missing, and a way to prove it, anywhere, in seconds.

We build both instruments. The first is ReadyEngine™, a learning engine that turns a regulated exam blueprint into a live, exam-calibrated readiness score. In a live, regulator-accredited licensing program it lifted pass rates from 81% to 96% within two attempts and cut time-to-complete by 48%. It has crossed four regulated domains without changing the algorithm, and it is moving into the skilled trades now. The second is Oliu™, a pan-Canadian trust network for verifiable digital credentials built on the production-mature W3C standard: tamper-evident, held by the worker on their own phone, verifiable by any employer, site, or province in seconds.
The resilience mandate sees the same gap from its sharpest angle. When fire season sends crews surging across provincial lines, the question at every staging area is the same one asked on every worksite in the country: is this person qualified, and can we prove it right now? Today that answer lives in binders and phone calls. It should take seconds, and the proof should be impossible to quietly fake.
